Can I cancel a pre-order
Yes. You may request a cancellation and we'll refund the order & shipping fee all except for the $2.50 or the PayPal Credit card processing fee that is non-refundable.

Do we offer discount shipping
Yes! If you order multiple products at a time you only pay for a single shipment fee. Although, the items are all shipped together and may wait for the other SKUs to be ready before shipping.

What is the expected wait times per release?
We regularly print 2 titles at the same time. They take on-average 4-8 weeks to print and 3.5 months shipping to be delivered to us.

Entire game is it on the disc?
Yes! Fresh Brewed Games only publishes games that are off-line or primary component like story or arcade mode is playable off-line.

Will you re-print the title?
No. We strive to offer the elite physical copy and only produce a single print of 2K units.

Can I get a standard retail copy?
Yes. We are a developer 1st studio and have no exclusivity that would inhibit developers from offering standard or collector edition releases of their games.
*** If purchasing directly through us we provide a free PS5 standard case that you are welcome to print your own standard artwork for if so desired

Will other companies have this edition for sale?
No. We hold the design rights to all of our releases that partner with us.

Do we offer community involvement?
Absolutely! We definitely invite you to share what projects you would like a Premium Steelbook release for. Additionally, when permitted we intend to share early design work with our community in hopes of improving the design to be the very best for all players.
